Description

The Homo Sapiens pens: specially designed for the ultimate writer, someone who sees their pen as their travel companion.

As old as the world, that is the material of these pens made from lava from the Etna volcano. Never before has lava been used for the production of writing instruments. Practically unbreakable, high tolerance and flame resistant: the Visconti lava can tolerate heat that goes up to 100 degrees Celsius / 212 Fahrenheit.

Furthermore, this Homo Sapiens pen has taken inspiration from the Bronze Age, where early features of urban civilization and development of the first writing where remarked. This inspiration has been transferred into almost all of the metal features on the pen. That is why they are made of natural bronze, brass.

The pen uses the Visconti's ‘High Vacuum Power Filler’ system that is resistant to aggressive inks.

Finished with a 23ct (950) palladium Dreamtouch nib that provides you with a dreamy and impeccable writing experience because there is absolutely no need to put pressure on the pen in order to write.

In brief, this Visconti Homo Sapiens Brass takes you back to origin: lava as old as the world, the first development of writing and the beginning of urban civilization.
