After receiving your purchase, you may revoke it without giving any reason within 14 days, provided it is not an engraved item. You must return the purchase to us within 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel. If desired, to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download the European Model Form from this link, but we will also process your return if you do not use this form.

Engraved items are excluded from this so-called right of revocation, as they are manufactured in accordance with your own instructions, and are therefore not resalable upon return. If your return reaches us in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to charge compensation for this. This will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
If you revoke the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the contract. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
