All orders within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL, We like to be clear about what your order will cost you. All orders within the Netherlands from € 50,00 we ship for free with PostNL. For orders up to € 50.00 we charge € 3.50 for a letterbox parcel, and € 5.99 for a larger parcel.
For shipments to Belgium, we charge €5.99 shipping and a postage paid limit of €100.00 euro. If you are below the postage paid limit, there is a surcharge of €3.55.
For all orders: ordered Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. = shipped today. We will ship your pen the same business day, even if you have us engrave it. If you order after 2 p.m. or on weekends, we will ship your pen the next business day.
Note: We hope you will understand that we are completely dependent on the letter carrier, we cannot guarantee the delivery time 100%.
For orders to Belgium, we also ship the same day if the order reaches us before 2 p.m. However, shipping to Belgium takes longer, count on 1 to 4 business days.
Once your package is on its way you will receive another track and trace number to follow your order.
At PostNL, the notification regarding letterbox packages is ahead of the actual situation.
It may be that the package is delivered a few days later than the tracking code indicates.
Please keep in mind that in the December month the delivery time may be slightly longer.
