Montblanc John F. Kennedy Fountain Pen

This fountain pen by Montblanc is dedicated to John F. Kennedy. From 1961 onwards, the young American president brought a fresh breeze to the White House and impressed the world with his charisma. The barrel of this writing instrument is made of precious resin. Its deep blue colour refers to both Kennedy’s time in the U.S. Navy and the famous Ivy League style. The shiny fittings are platinum-plated.

Did you know that Kennedy, on May 25 1961, announced his ambitious space programme, which he aimed to achieve 'before this decade is out'? True to his vision, Neil Armstrong left his footprints on the moon in 1969. To remember this, the lunar module is engraved in the 14-karat golden nib.
