This limited edition by Monblanc is part of the Heritage Collection Egyptomania. This range commemorates the ever growing success of Montblanc. It reminisces an older line of Montblanc's writing instruments, namely "Egyptian Pens". Pens in this collection were shaped in an octagonal design, and brought to the market during the times of prosperity and mass consumerism, the 1920's.
Montblanc has created a wonderful new edition of the older range, thus embracing both history and modernity in one product: the Heritage Egyptomania. The pen features a classic design of a black and metal color palette, decorated with delicately engraved egyptian hieroglyphics.
The material of the pen consists of precious resin and metal that has been coated with palladium and ruthenium to ensure long term use. The metal body of the writing instrument displays carefully engraved hieroglyphics, as well as the writing on the cap, which translates to "Montblanc". The clip is decorated by a beetle.
Additionally, the 14kt solid gold nib has been hand-crafted by the experts at Montblanc. It is finished with a rhodium layer and contains special engravings. The nib is available in Fine and Medium.
